Cabernet sauvignon wine
Widely loved and regarded as the most noble red, this dry, savoury wine is equally virtuous in blends and on its own. Expect medium to full bodied wines with cedar and currant aromas, flavours of black cherry and a hint of violet. With its acidity and tannins, Cab Sauv is practically begging for a rich meat dish to complement.

2015 COONAWARRA
FAMILY RESERVE Cabernet Sauvignon
Emidio 2015 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is a tribute to Emidio’s enormous legacy and contribution to the brand.

By the late of 1960’s Emidio owned a number of acres of vineyard becoming wine grower selling the grapes to local wineries. Emidio believed that wines should reflect their origins, that they are the product of the soil, the climate, and the careful stewardship of those precious resources. An enticing expresion of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is full bodied with exceptional depth, complexity and balance from a truly great 2015 vintage.
