EARL 2014 McLaren Vale FAMILY RESERVE SHIRAZ

McLaren Vale is a key icon of South Australia wine and it is internationally renowed for the wines it produces, expecially Shiraz.

Sourced from a single vineyard on the family vineyard that produces very low yields from dry grown vines, this wine is a fine example of a premium Mclaren Vale Shiraz.

The fruit is open-top fermented, basket pressed and matured in new and usef French and American barrels for 2 years prior to bottling.

2014 McLaren Vale Soul SHIRAZ

Sourced from an old vine vineyard, this wine is full of character.

Fermented on skins for 7 days, then passed to barrels of new and old French and American oak, where the MLF process is completed.

A further 24 months in oad, before racking to tank, with a second racking before bottling.
